Michael Hylton
Michael Hylton is the founder of VectorSec, a boutique firm specializing in cybersecurity interim management and executive search. For nearly two decades, he has been supporting international clients fill critical cybersecurity leadership positions and build effective security organizations.
His work combines many years of executive search experience with his own technical and regulatory expertise as a certified penetration tester and qualified IT security expert with a deep understanding of modern security architectures and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2.
As a German-American consultant with an international network, he has a transatlantic perspective and is familiar with both the dynamics of the US cybersecurity market and the specific requirements of German companies in regulated and security-critical environments.

Lisa Reinhardt
Lisa Reinhardt is a project manager at VectorSec and supports international mandates in the areas of cybersecurity executive search and interim management. With a Masters Degree in business administration and extensive experience in the field of HR consulting, she brings comprehensive expertise in recruiting processes, candidate coordination, and project organization to the table.
Before joining VectorSec, she worked on various consulting projects in the DACH region and collaborated closely with executives, candidates, and project teams.
At VectorSec, Lisa is responsible for operational administration and supports the implementation of international projects. With her structured approach, strong organizational skills, and multilingual abilities, she contributes significantly to the efficient execution of complex mandates.
